Prior to the project’s construction phase, the 4C team will establish the ‘lines of authority’ to execute the project in a coordinated and efficient manner. We will ensure all necessary permits are communicated. Schedules, budgets and planning for all the activities to be carried out during the construction will be provided. During the construction phase, all the contractors’ tasks will be coordinated, and change orders, and quality assurance trials and testing will be processed. The service is completed with the closure and start-up.
